Thailand's Rights and Liberties Protection Department (RLPD) has initiated a program to foster respect for human rights, the rule of law and the justice system in children and youths at schools.
Multiple high schools have joined the RLPD program to promote awareness of the law and the justice system, enabling children to protect themselves from social threats, develop self-awareness and discipline, avoid drug abuse, prevent corruption and grow to be upstanding members of society.
Under the program, the department has developed an educational card game for 14 participating schools, which teaches players about rights and freedoms, the rule of law and the justice system.
