The Prime Minister, Gen. Prayut Chan-o-cha, has pinned Government House as a government office where people can find its digital location and receive information on its service on the Citizeninfo mobile application.
The Deputy Prime Minister, Wissanu Krea-ngam, and the Secretary-General of the Office of the Public Sector Development Commission, Thossaporn Sirisamphan, led a team to meet Gen. Prayut before the weekly cabinet meeting to promote a system being developed to evaluate people's satisfaction with the public service and the plan to eliminate the need to submit hard copies of official documents at government offices.
There are over 60,000 government offices and service points that need to be pinned by June 2018, while almost 40,000 government offices nationwide have already been pinned.
Public members dealing with government agencies and officials will be able to access the required information on touch-screen terminals. The Citizeninfo app will enable users to find about e-government services, along with displaying maps, and other details.
