Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited has unveiled its MTL Smile Care service, amid the government’s push to adopt digital technologies.
Sara Lamsam, CEO and Executive Director of Muang Thai Life Assurance, explained that MTL Smile Care offers videocall customer service via the company’s mobile application, Smile Service. This function includes consultations and recommendations on insurance policies, claiming insurance, and cost estimates of medical treatments.
MTL staff members are available around the clock to provide customer service via videocall, supplementing branches in department stores and hospitals.
Sara says that the insurance company will continue to improve its services with technology, in response to the general public’s increasing use of mobile devices. These digital services will also allow Muang Thai Life to adapt its business model to better reflect the needs of the people.
