The Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office has visited the Kuan Kanoun Regional Electricity Office in Thailand's Phattalung province to assess its public services and incorporation of technology.
Deputy Permanent Secretary to the Prime Minister’s Office, Sompas Nilphan, visited the Government Easy Contact Center (GECC) at Kuan Kanoun Regional Electricity Office in Phattalung province, one of 497 locations selected from a total 541 that requested approval for establishment.
GECC qualification requires that the state office provides public services with an emphasis on convenience and connectivity, allowing for fast and easy access to services that satisfy citizen needs. The GECC in Phattalung has also incorporated technological advancements to increase the satisfaction of citizens seeking to pay their electricity bills, report electricity issues and request the installation of power meters.
