The Prime Minister's Office inspected the improvement at the Provincial Electricity Authority's (PEA) branch office in Khuan Khanun district of Pattalung province and evaluated the implementation of the Government Easy Contact Center (GECC) campaign.
Deputy Permanent-Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office Sompas Nilapund visited the PEA branch office in Khuan Khanun district, Pattalung, to evaluate its operational improvement in compliance with the Government Easy Contact Center (GECC) campaign.
The PEA branch office has been initially selected to be one of 497 agencies and offices to receive the evaluation, from the total of 541 candidates.
Agencies to be certified in the GECC scheme are to focus on their services by providing integrated work for the conveniences of the users.
The PEA branch office, managed by Phadungsak Thiangpadung, has received positive feedbacks for the use of technology to meet the users' satisfaction and conveniences.
