Thai Airways International is allowing passengers affected by an earthquake in Osaka, Japan, to change flights without a fee while all flights to and from Osaka are operating as normal.
THAI Vice President on Aviation Safety, Security and Standards Department Pratana Patanasiri said the airlines has offered passengers affected by the earthquake in Osaka and could not travel to the airport in time by re-accommodating them with a later flight departing Osaka Kansai airport at 17:35 today.
He said the earthquake in Osaka has not affected Osaka Kansai airport which continues to open as usual, and that all THAI Airways flights to and from Osaka Kansai Airport will continue to operate according to the schedule.
Passengers traveling on THAI operated flights to or from Osaka Kansai airport during 18 June - 2 July 2018 are also allowed to change flights without a fee.
